  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion or shallot

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together. Store in an airtight container for up to a week in the refrigerator.
