As a registered dietitian, mindful wellness expert, and healthy aging enthusiast, I'm 24/7/365 dedicated to handing you the keys to aging without fear. I'm here to help women like you feel empowered, confident, healthy and relevant, no matter your age.

After 20 years in the field of nutrition and wellness, it was time to create something designed for women who want to love each year more than the last. I carefully researched, spoke with my mentors, and began listening intently to my own body, and the minds of my clients. The result is a philosophy that works: approaching wellness holistically, giving attention to nourishment, quality sleep, daily movement, and creating a toolbox of self-care skills. Rejecting perfection in favor of true happiness. This is achieved by creating a health picture that's exactly right for you.
