  • 6 ounces jarred roasted red peppers, drained rinsed, and dried (2 large peppers)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 4 large garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 teaspoons caraway seeds, toasted and ground
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
