ingredients

  • 1 bunches flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped (about 3/4 cup)
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
