ingredients
- 1 bunches flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped (about 3/4 cup)
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine.
