- 1 (16-oz) block silken tofu
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 4 teaspoons maple syrup
Instructions
- In a jar with a lid, combine the almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla. Cover and shake to combine. Chill for a few hours, then stir to smooth. Continue chilling for 8+ hours for the pudding to set completely.
- For variations, before the setting stage, stir in: 1 tablespoon cacao powder, 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate, 2 tablespoons almond butter, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (subtract 1/2 cup milk), 1/2 cup fruit puree (subtract 1/2 cup milk), or whatever flavors you like.
