Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Slice head of garlic in 1/2 crosswise so that cloves are exposed. Drizzle olive oil and wrap in a foil pouch.
- Roast for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until garlic is spreadable, soft, and caramelized.
