  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Slice head of garlic in 1/2 crosswise so that cloves are exposed. Drizzle olive oil and wrap in a foil pouch.
  3. Roast for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until garlic is spreadable, soft, and caramelized.
