- 1 cup canned pumpkin, frozen into cubes
- 2 Medjool dates
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency.
