- ¾ cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup frozen mango or 1/2 medium banana
- 1/2 cup berries of choice
- 1/3 cup fresh fruit
- 2 tablespoons nuts of choice (almonds, walnuts, pistachios, etc)
- 1 teaspoon seeds of choice (chia, flax, hemp, pumpkin, etc)
Instructions
- Combine frozen fruit and yogurt in a blender and process until smooth (add milk if needed to thin). Pour mixture into bowls and sprinkle with desired toppings.
