- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons seed of choice (ground flax, chia, hemp, pumpkin, sunflower)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, seeds, and maple syrup. Here also add options like cinnamon, pumpkin spice, 1/4 cup fruit puree, 1 tablespoon cacao powder, 1 teaspoon matcha powder, or whatever you like (see additional overnight oats recipes for ideas), whisk until thoroughly blended.
- Cover and store in the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, add fruit, seeds, & nuts.
