ingredients
- 15 ounce can navy beans (or any beans you like), drained and rinsed
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives (or any fresh herbs you like), chopped fine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon olive oil drizzle
- 1 clove garlic, grated
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate.
- Add to salads and bowls, in sandwiches and wraps, as a side.
