ingredients
- 15 ounce can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 large cloves fresh garlic, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin or coriander (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Notes
So many variation possibilities. Try adding:
- 1/4 cup roasted peppers
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup favorite olives
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, parsley, dill, or basil
- 1 small roasted beet
- 1 head roasted garlic
