- 12 ounces fresh cranberries, picked through and rinsed
- 2 green apples, cored & cut into small chunks
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary leaves
Instructions
- Place cranberries, apple chunks, sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, and rosemary into a food processor and pulse until chunky, but uniform.
- Place in a bowl and stir in the zest. Adjust the sweetness. Keep refrigerated.
