Fresh Cranberry-Apple Salsa

ingredients

  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries, picked through and rinsed
  • 2 green apples, cored & cut into small chunks
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary leaves

Instructions

  1. Place cranberries, apple chunks, sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, and rosemary into a food processor and pulse until chunky, but uniform.
  2. Place in a bowl and stir in the zest. Adjust the sweetness. Keep refrigerated.
