- 4 6-inch whole grain tortillas, warmed
- 8 ounces salmon, cooked (see Perfect Roasted Fish) (link)
- ½ cup Perfect Guacamole (link)
- 1 cup radicchio, romaine, or green cabbage, shredded
- 4 large radishes, sliced
- 4 tablespoons red onion, diced small or sliced
- ¼ teaspoon flaked salt
- 1 cup microgreens
Instructions
- On each warm tortilla, layer guacamole, salmon, and vegetables, a pinch of salt, and a squeeze of lime.
