Chocolate-Yogurt Fruit Bites

- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups unsweetened, nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 4 teaspoons maple syrup
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the blueberries and Greek yogurt. Gently toss until the blueberries are fully coated with yogurt.
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spoon 8 separate clusters. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- In small bowl, microwave the dark chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted.
- Remove the tray of blueberry clusters from the freezer. Dip each cluster into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
- Once all the clusters are coated in chocolate, place onto a new sheet of parchment and freeze for 2+ hours. Store in the freezer in an airtight container.
