- 12 large Medjool dates
- 6 tablespoons almond butter
- 2/3 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt flakes
Instructions
- Microwave the chocolate chips smooth and silky. Start with 60 seconds, and continue in 30 second intervals until melted.
- Cut the dates half way through and remove the pit (or purchase pitted).
- Stuff the date with 1/2 tbsp almond butter each and dip in the melted chocolate until completely coated.
- Place dates on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle each with a pinch of salt.
- Refrigerate dates for at least 30 minutes.
