- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon water
- ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ⅞ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or more to taste
Instructions
- Combine the onion, vinegar, salt, and olive oil in a small bowl and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Refrigerate for up to 4 days.
