Tarragon-Mustard Dressing
INGREDIENTS:
1 small shallot, minced
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons tarragon, chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients except olive oil into a blender or food processor. While blending, drizzle in olive oil.
