Olive Orange Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS:
1 shallot, minced
1/3 cup chopped olives
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup sherry vinegar
2 teaspoons orange zest
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon fennel seed
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients except olive oil in blender or food processor. While blending, drizzle in olive oil.
