Thank you for choosing Barbie Boules by NYOUTRITION, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We offer two subscription-based services: Brain Food (monthly meal plans) and Brain Space (a community membership with additional benefits). This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding subscription payments, cancellations, and refunds. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. No Refund Policy

1.1 Non-Refundable Services

All purchases made for Brain Food and Brain Space subscriptions are final and non-refundable. This includes both monthly and annual subscription fees, regardless of whether the services are fully utilized during the subscription period.

Once payment has been processed, you will not be eligible for a refund or pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your subscription. We recommend that you thoroughly review the subscription offerings and any promotional materials before making a purchase.

1.2 No Refund for Changes in Personal Circumstances

We do not provide refunds due to changes in personal circumstances (e.g., health reasons, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the services after access has been granted). You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue using our services.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer two types of subscriptions, each available on a monthly or annual basis:

  • Brain Food: This plan includes curated monthly meal plans designed by a registered dietitian.

  • Brain Space: This plan includes access to the Brain Space community, meal plans, educational resources, and other membership benefits.

Both subscription types automatically renew at the end of the billing period (either monthly or annually) unless canceled in accordance with Section 4.

3. Auto-Renewal and Billing

3.1 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually), and you will be charged using the payment method you provided at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method at the time of each renewal.

If your payment method fails or is declined, we may attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. However, if payment is not received, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services until payment is successfully processed.

3.2 Billing Cycle

Your billing cycle will begin on the date of your initial subscription purchase. For monthly subscriptions, this will be every 30 days, and for annual subscriptions, it will be every 365 days. You will receive an email confirmation for every successful renewal, and charges will continue until the subscription is canceled according to the terms outlined below.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Canceling Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the services until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid. You will not be eligible for a refund or proration of any unused portion of the subscription.

4.2 Canceling Annual Subscriptions

You may cancel your annual subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current annual billing cycle. You will retain access to the services for the remainder of the annual period. However, no refund or proration will be provided for any unused time remaining in the subscription.

4.3 How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your account on www.barbieboules.com.

  2. Navigate to your account settings or subscription management page.

  3. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

  4. You will receive a confirmation email once your subscription has been successfully canceled.

4.4 Termination by NYOUTRITION, Inc.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of our Terms and Conditions, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

5. Changes to Subscription Plans and Fees

5.1 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify the subscription fees for our services. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance via email or through a notice on our Site, and the changes will apply at the beginning of your next billing cycle. If you do not agree with the price changes, you must cancel your subscription before the start of the next billing cycle. Continued use of the services after the price change will constitute your acceptance of the new pricing.

5.2 Modifications to Services

We may update or change the services provided under your subscription plan at any time to improve our offerings. Any changes that significantly alter the core value of the subscription will be communicated in advance. However, such changes will not entitle you to a refund or cancellation beyond what is outlined in this policy.

6. Refund Exceptions

In rare cases where technical issues or billing errors have resulted in incorrect charges or failures in accessing the services, you may be eligible for a refund. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or are experiencing access issues due to a technical error, please contact us at connect@barbieboules.com within 30 days of the incident.

We will review each case on an individual basis, and any refunds granted will be at our sole discretion.
