- 1 pound sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch thick wedges.
- Avocado oil spray
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- In a bowl, toss cut potatoes with oil and salt. Turn them out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, and be sure to leave space between pieces.
- Bake for 30 minutes, flipping midway through. If they are not browning at 20 minutes, increase the temperature to 425. They're done when nicely browned and easily pierced with a knife.
