ingredients
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 6 cloves fresh garlic
- 2 tablespoons ginger root
- 4 cups low sodium vegetable broth
- 4 cups of water
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over low heat. Add in the garlic and ginger and cook while stirring continuously for 1 minute.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Strain, cool, and store for use as needed.
