ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/3 cup of pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Avocado oil spray
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Place skillet on low heat and add 1 tsp coconut oil. Pour the batter to make your small pancakes. Flip after about 1-2 minutes or until you see bubbles in the batter.
