  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor.
  2. For a thinner consistency, add a little more water.
