- 1/3 cup Green Goddess Hummus (link)
- ½ medium avocado, sliced
- 2 Persian cucumbers, sliced thin
- 4 hardboiled eggs, sliced
- 4 cups greens
Instructions
- On 4 slices of bread, layer eggs, cucumbers, avocado, greens, hummus, and top with another slice of bread.
