  • 1/3 cup Green Goddess Hummus (link)
  • ½ medium avocado, sliced
  • 2 Persian cucumbers, sliced thin
  • 4 hardboiled eggs, sliced
  • 4 cups greens

Instructions

  1. On 4 slices of bread, layer eggs, cucumbers, avocado, greens, hummus, and top with another slice of bread.
