  • 1 cup mixed cooked vegetables
  • 1 cup sauteed leafy greens
  • 2 tablespoons vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Toss ingredients with dressing and serve. If meal prepping, layer ingredients in a jar as follows: grains, beans, protein, veggies, greens. Wait to dress until you’re ready to serve.
