Parsley Gremolata

Add this as a garnish to some delicious green beans!

Makes 3/4 cup.

INGREDIENTS:
2 bunches flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
Grated zest of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic, minced

DIRECTIONS:

  • Put all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine.

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
