Dark Chocolate Almond Clusters

ingredients
- 1 cup whole raw, unsalted almonds
- 4 oz of dark chocolate bar, broken into pieces
- Flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F
- Spread the almonds out on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast in the oven for 7-10 minutes, until they start to smell nutty. Allow to cool.
- Place the chocolate in a glass bowl and microwave for 1 minute, continue heating in 30 second intervals until completely melted.
- Drop the almonds into the chocolate and mix.
- Using 2 spoons, drop 16 bite-sized portions of the mixture onto the parchment-lined tray. Do this quickly before the chocolate sets.
- While the chocolate is still melted, sprinkle each bite with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
- Place in the freezer to set. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
